On Valencia street sipping coffee and looking for a new place to live. Again. As many of you know from experience, finding a decent place to rest your head is a major project in SF, NYC and anywhere else bobo’s cluster in this country.  But, if Richard Florida’s projections are right, it’s only going to get harder as educated young people continue to flock to cultural centers on both coasts. The result, a wider chasm between the cultural have’s and have-not’s, and homogenized hipster cities. This makes me rethink about the prospect of having to spend all sort’s of money just to live in ‘the city’. You know what I mean?

Just figured out how to import my blog posts from Typepad over here which represents a major step for me. I’m consolidating my resources and recommiting to make this little blog the place for my public notes. There ya go.
